The location is just 1.5 km from Sarjapur Main Road with a 100 ft wide road and is close to the upcoming Metro Station, as well as Bommasandra and Hebbagodi Metro Stations. ITPL is only a 30-minute drive away. The units type mix include 700 + 2 BHK Flats, 700 + 2.5 BHK Flats, 400 + 3 BHK Flats 2T, 500 + 3 BHK Flats 3T, 900 + 3.5 BHK Flats, and 800 + 4 BHK Flats.
